Job summary

Mercy Springfield is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician I to join our Pharmacy team. In this role, you'll work alongside pharmacists to help ensure patients receive safe, accurate, and timely medication services.

You will support pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will enter patient and medication information into EPIC, prepare medications, and assist with inventory and delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CP Throught certification (CPhT) preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient and medication information into EPIC.
• Prepare medications for pharmacist review and dispensing.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and inventory management.
• Deliver medications to patients and units after pharmacist verification.
• Support bedside and workflow processes and ensure accuracy and safety.
