Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe medication dispensing.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone to support patient care.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management as directed by leadership.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies.
