Job summary

Cub Monticello is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions, processing orders, and maintaining stock. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and compliance with regulations.

Candidates must be able to work weekends and evenings, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment. HS diploma or GED and 18+ are required. Training will be provided on-site at Cub Monticello.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to operate and use various office equipment.
• Extended hours including weekends and evenings may be required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and write clearly and interpret information.
• Ability to read/view computer screens for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in filling prescriptions.
• Process customers’ orders with price accuracy and product knowledge.
• Maintain positive customer relations.
• Handle hazardous drug procedures as required.
• Receive and stock department supplies.
