Responsibilities

• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, claims, and reports.
• Help customers locate over-the-counter items.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy scheduling and data entry.
• Assist in inventory management and supplier orders.
• Observe and adhere to Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and policies.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with company policies.
• Work within planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report equipment needs.
• Treat coworkers with respect and maintain department presentation.
