Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive prescriptions and file forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and claims.
• Assist customers with finding over-the-counter items.
• Maintain and understand Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and inventory processes.
• Handle data entry of MPP information and attendance logs.
• Maintain inventory through supplier orders and stock management.
• Observe company policies and maintain a neat appearance.
• Work to maintain productivity within planning guidelines.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
