• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy scheduling system and data entry.
• Assist in processing pharmacy outdates and credits.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
