Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy leadership in daily operations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and medication histories.
• Provide medication counseling and patient education under supervision.
• Support drug information, dosing, preparation, and distribution tasks.
• Assist in formulary and formulary-related projects and education.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and department standards.
