• Supervise and verify technicians' work for accuracy and quality.
• Support anticoagulation monitoring, medication reconciliation and stewardship activities.
• Interpret, prepare, and check medications accurately as ordered by physicians.
• Educate patients on proper use and effects of medications.
• Enforce formulary and communicate non-formulary orders to physicians.
• Record clinical interventions and ensure safe handling of controlled substances.
