Beloit Health System, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team. The position supports medication dispensing, pharmacotherapy monitoring, and collaboration with physicians across institutional and outpatient settings.

The role involves sterile and non-sterile compounding, adherence to USP guidelines, and participation in clinical rounds and education. Wisconsin/Illinois licensure required; 20 hours per week with 10-hour shifts within 6:30a–9p.

• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy workflows and patient safety considerations.

Responsabilités

• Dispense medications accurately in institutional, infusion, and ambulatory settings.
• Monitor medication therapy and provide safe, effective, and cost-conscious recommendations.
• Contribute to formulary decisions and procurement processes.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded products per USP guidelines.
• Consult with providers on drug therapy and provide drug information to staff.
