Qualifications

• Active Ohio pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• Act as alternate store leader when required.
• Monitor drug therapy for contraindications and appropriateness.
• Dispense prescriptions and compound I.V. admixtures.
