McKeen Pharmacy at Family Health Services in Sandusky, OH is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist with an active OH license to join a community clinic-based in-house pharmacy. The role supports patient counseling, drug dispensing, and collaboration with physicians, with weekday hours (Mon-Fri) and no weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Ohio licensure, and is open to immunization certification.

Qualificações

• OH pharmacist license is required and must be active.
• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an approved school.
• APhA or ASHP Immunizations Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• May act as alternate store leader in absence of Pharmacy Manager.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain patient medication records and adherence to laws.
