Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, and screen patient medication records for allergies, drug interactions, and duplications.
• Identify and report suspected adverse drug reactions.
• Prepare and dispense appropriate medication dosages and IV admixtures using aseptic technique.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed.
• Provide drug information and educational programs to healthcare professionals and students.
