  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify orders, optimize medication therapy, and support positive patient outcomes.
  • Support formulary management through therapeutic interchange protocols and evidence-based medication selection.
  • Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile intravenous admixtures, using aseptic techniques.
  • Provide drug information, education, and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals and students.

  • Support formulary management through therapeutic interchange protocols, evidence-based medication selection, and minimization of non-formulary drug use.
  • Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile intravenous admixtures, utilizing appropriate technology and aseptic techniques.
  • Provide drug information, education, and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, pharmacy students, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize pharmacy technology and information systems to support safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical care.
  • Assist with pharmacy operations by coordinating daily workflow and providing guidance to pharmacy technicians, interns, aides, and other support personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality initiatives, professional practice standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
