Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist to join the Brockton, MA on-site pharmacy within BAMSI. The role includes dispensing medications, patient counseling, immunization administration where permitted, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position offers part-time hours (3 days/24 hours per week) with competitive pay ($44–$79/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts pharmacist license is required.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to obtain immunization certification within 3 months of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD as required education for the role.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Other usual and customary pharmacy duties.

Education
