Job summary

Capsule is a national pharmacy offering same-day free delivery. We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience including prescription processing and inventory management.
• Active Pharmacist License in the state.
• Willingness to cover unplanned absences.
• Ability to ensure a great customer experience and improve pharmacy processes.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.
• Handle prescription processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience and coordinate deliveries with the courier team.
• Provide counseling and drug information for prescription and OTC items.
