Job summary

Hy-Vee in Liberty, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. You will fill and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and support wellness programs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You must hold a pharmacy license with the ability to administer immunizations. Experience with MTM is preferred, and you will collaborate with store leadership and other departments to promote health services.

Qualifications

• College degree and licensure in pharmacy required.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar or related work experience required.
• Immunizations certification/ability required.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients in accordance with OBRA '90 regulations and state/federal laws.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, stocking, and invoicing.
• Support pharmacy team through training and education activities.
• Market pharmacy services by visiting schools, offices, and senior centers.
• Administer immunizations as certified and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and prescription pricing.
