Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking a Sales Team Member for Anytime Fitness in a part-time, hourly role. You will support the Club Manager with member relations, sales, and upkeep, delivering a friendly, high-energy experience.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while providing excellent service to guests and members. On-site work with potential seasonal scheduling will apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Answer phone calls, texts, and club emails.
• Set appointments for managers.
• Follow up with members and prospects; no cold calls.
• Maintain club cleanliness and equipment.
• Stock merchandise as needed.
• Assist with social media to boost engagement.
• Process payments and count cash.
• Support club staff with various projects.
