Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor in Camarillo. You will connect with customers, listen to their needs, and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations, helping maintain an inviting, well-organized store environment.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver authentic customer experiences, use brand behaviors to build loyalty, and leverage available tools to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-focused background preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
