South Moon Under in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a personal styling expert to provide best-in-class service, meet and exceed customer needs, and curate looks that reflect the brand. Stylists create unique outfits and build lasting relationships with customers, promoting confidence through style.

You will emulate the brand aesthetics on the sales floor, engage with shoppers, support omni fulfillment, operate the POS system, and help maintain a luxurious store environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valued.
• Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion.
• Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with staff and customers to meet needs with product recommendations and curated outfitting.
• Contribute to meeting and/or exceeding KPI goals by providing best-in-class service.
• Build positive relationships with peers and collaborate to ensure superior customer service and store operations.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and support daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes.
