You will move on the floor with energy, embody the brand aesthetics, support checkout with the POS system, assist with in-store operations, and contribute to a welcoming, luxurious shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valued.
• Embody the brand aesthetics and maintain a strong sense of fashion on the floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with staff and customers to provide product recommendations and curated outfitting.
• Contribute to meeting and/or exceeding KPI goals by providing best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and support store operations.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and support daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes.
• Understand and use the POS system for seamless transactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks and adhere to safety policies to maintain a luxurious environment.
