Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valued.
• Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion.
• Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with staff and customers to meet needs with product recommendations and curated outfitting.
• Contribute to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class service.
• Build positive relationships with peers and collaborate to ensure superior customer service.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
• Support daily shipment and omni-fulfillment processes and operate the POS confidently.
