Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Texas P&C license required.
• 1 year retail insurance agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional customer service to assigned personal lines customers.
• Assist with driving revenue growth through customer retention and account rounding.
• Prepare renewal proposals and set up renewal review spreadsheets.
• Attach documentation in the agency management system and coordinate with staff for prompt service.
• Quoting in carrier websites and maintaining client deliverable standards.
