Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Livermore is hiring a part-time Personal Care Assistant to serve clients across Livermore and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, companionship and light domestic support in clients’ homes, building meaningful relationships with those you help.

The role requires caregiving experience, registration eligibility with the California Home Care Aide Registry, and CPR/First Aid certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• As a Personal Care Assistant, you provide personal care and companionship to clients at home.
• You must be registered or eligible for the California Home Care Aide Registry.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Support transportation to appointments when needed.
• Document care accurately during each visit.
