Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to act as a financial consultant for members, guiding consumer and business clients through accounts, loans, and a range of banking services. You will actively cross-sell products and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for personalized financial solutions.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions with a consultative approach.
• Educate members on LMCU products and services and cross-sell relevant offerings.
• Process new accounts, loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
• Build relationships to encourage member retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
