Job summary

BMO is seeking a part-time lobby associate in Lake Oswego, OR to deliver exceptional service and guidance on financial solutions. You will identify customer needs, collaborate with branch partners, and promote digital banking options to streamline the customer experience.

You will conduct needs-based conversations, support branch operations, and help drive business results while maintaining regulatory compliance. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen, problem solve and adapt.

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects; identifies needs and offers financial guidance.
• Collaborates with partners to grow the customer relationship beyond personal banking.
