Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver personal service.
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions to refer to specialists.

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects; identifies needs and provides guidance on financial solutions.
• Welcomes customers and guides them to digital/self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• As lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and recommends channels.

• Contributes to branch business results and customer experience; supports risk and compliance processes.
