Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Westwood is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, customer-focused service and promote digital banking solutions. You will help clients with everyday banking needs, open and maintain accounts, and guide them through Chase’s technology tools.

As a member of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will build trusted relationships, assist clients with transactions, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and explain products clearly.
• Strong problem-resolution and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow, using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Open and maintain accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
