Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Drug screen required by law and policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors per site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns; escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail site incl. sales floors, entrances, parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, theft-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations; report observations to site contacts.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and communications to support a professional environment.
