Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and communicate concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
