Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in the program to develop personalized recovery plans.
• Work as part of the team to ensure program goals are met and the environment is safe.
• Provide input into program policy and procedures and refer to community services as needed.
• Offer mentorship and engage individuals in program services.
• Perform duties consistent with Disaster Preparedness Plan when required.
