Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role in a welcoming environment with weekday daytime/afternoon availability in home, school, or center settings. The hourly rate range for this role would be $65-90/hr based on experience in the field.

The ideal candidate will conduct full assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech therapy to children while collaborating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellows welcome.
• Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
• Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
