Job summary

STRATEGIC THERAPY AUTISM SERVICES LLC is seeking passionate ABA Therapists/RBTs to join the team at Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will work with preschoolers in a center-based ABA program, under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized therapy and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Willing to learn and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to actively engage with young children.
• Paid training and support toward certification offered.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA.
• Provide engaging, one-on-one therapy to children in a center-based setting.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and other developmental skills.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for clients.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members.
