Job summary

Ruby ABA is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Program, working with children ages 2-6 in a clinic-based setting. You’ll provide therapy, conduct evaluations, implement play-based interventions, and coach families to support language development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Ohio SLP Licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• A passion for collaboration, creativity, and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to young children (ages 2-6) in clinic-based setting.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to guide therapy goals.
• Implement play-based, evidence-based interventions to improve communication, articulation, social skills.
• Train and educate parents and caregivers to support language development at home.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)

Ohio SLP Licensure (or willingness to obtain)
