Job summary

Primary Therapy Source is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will implement ABA therapy plans designed by BCBA and clinical staff, and work directly with clients to develop communication, social interaction, and self-care skills.

The role offers part-time or flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and competitive benefits as we grow in Southern Idaho. Data collection and collaboration with families occur across clinic and client-home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field or higher.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with children and adults effectively.
• Pass and maintain criminal background check.
• Have and maintain driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First aid certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Applying ABA therapy techniques as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collecting data on client behavior and progress (to include data sheets and inputting for electronic billing).
• Assisting in behavior assessment and intervention planning.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the BACB ethics code.
• Be prepared for a hands-on, active day filled with both structured therapy activities and the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients.
