Ruby ABA is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with young children in a clinic-based Early Intervention Program. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care.

The role emphasizes helping children gain independence, with flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate. A background in pediatric OT and Ohio licensure are essential for success.

Formación

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT license in Ohio required.
• Strong collaboration skills and a love for working with young children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy to young children (ages 2–6) in a clinic-based setting.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to support holistic, child-centered care.
• Support development of fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional play skills.
• Educate caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Document progress, adapt interventions, and advocate for each child’s best outcomes.
