Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy across our clinic, schools, and clients’ homes, serving children with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and other neurodiverse needs.

You will focus on developing speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing skills, while collaborating with OT/PT/social workers and documenting progress for families. Evening hours and occasional Saturday mornings are available.

Qualifications

• Required credentials to practice speech therapy.
• Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
• Competencies: proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, workmanship, resourceful, and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized speech therapy.
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as SOS Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, AAC, and IRM.
• Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers.
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
