Zusammenfassung

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking RN or LPN nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically complex children across Minnesota. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options on day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

You will assess patients, administer medications, manage tracheostomy, ventilator care, and G-tube feeds, educate families, and document care plans. The company provides flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and supportive training.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN or LPN with pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to provide direct in-home nursing care to medically complex children.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in home and school settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments and prescribed therapies.
• Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning and airway management.
• Monitor ventilator-dependent patients and respiratory equipment.
• Administer feedings and medications via G-tubes; provide site care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate and support families and caregivers.
• Respond to emergencies following care protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic care environment.
