Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
• Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
• Complete all client treatment notes and reports meeting insurance and licensure requirements.
• Provide home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with the clients care team.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and families.
