Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time physical therapist at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. You will provide therapy to patients under medical direction, educate patients and caregivers, and arrange for adaptive equipment as needed.

The role is on-site with a day shift, 4 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with variable weekends. Michigan licensure and BLS are required or equivalent by AHA/ARC with hire.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
