Cortica is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join its growing multi-disciplinary team in California. You will deliver individualized therapy to children, collaborate with other clinicians, and support families with home programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group sessions and co-treats as appropriate.
• Maintain patient records and billing per regulations.
• Promote sensory processing, regulation, and daily living skills through play-based interventions.
• Support functional and engaging activities to meet individualized goals.
• Educate families on home programs complementing treatment.
• Collaborate with families to understand values and goals.
• Contribute to program development.
