Qualifications

• Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Pediatric experience is necessary.

• Document and prepare patient Plan of Care; track progress and revise as needed.
