Job summary

Advanced Pediatric Associates in Aurora, CO is seeking a friendly part-time Pediatric Receptionist to be the first point of contact for families. You will greet patients, collect information, process co-pays, verify insurance, and help ensure a warm, efficient visit.

This role supports daily operations in a busy pediatric practice with a 3-4 day work week (Mon–Fri) and occasional half-day Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay according to experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role (face-to-face interaction preferred).
• Ideally, some experience in a medical setting (6 months or more).
