Job summary

42 North Dental, based near Boston, is seeking a pediatric dentist to join our multi-specialty practice in Wellesley, MA on a part-time basis. The role offers a flexible schedule, a dedicated patient base, and state-of-the-art facilities to support exceptional care.

The position includes per diem compensation of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, plus comprehensive benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Dentistry degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program (DMD or DDS).
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and other diagnostics.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics in the office.
