Job summary

42 North Dental, a multi-specialty practice near Boston, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join Wellesley Dental Group in Wellesley, MA. This role offers a per diem compensation of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percent of collections and a flexible schedule.

Integrated orthodontics and periodontics, a collaborative team environment, and state-of-the-art facilities support your delivery of preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics in the office.
• Keep current with new developments, technologies and best practices.
