42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice. This part-time role offers flexible days, a per diem compensation, and a pathway to grow within a supportive team focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for children.

The position emphasizes delivering high-quality care in a modern facility, with opportunities for clinical leadership and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Qualified pediatric dentist with DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license and Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Malpractice insurance coverage and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
