Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA, just outside of Boston. We are a full-service, multi-specialty practice focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with integrated orthodontics and periodontics.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with per diem compensation and uncapped earnings based on collections, along with state-of-the-art equipment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
