Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and treatment needs for pediatric patients.
• Educate patients and families on oral health options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests and monitor growth and development.
