Wellesley Dental Group, part of 42 North Dental, seeks a Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA. This role offers a per diem compensation model with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections and a flexible schedule based on provider availability.

We are a full-service, multi-specialty dental practice focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. The clinic is about 15 miles from Downtown Boston with a dedicated patient base and state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatments.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
