Job summary

Ideal Dental in Dallas hires a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support the pediatric clinical team and patients. You will be trained with tools and resources to grow professionally in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

You will assist the Pediatric Dentist, maintain sterilization standards, take X-rays, chart treatments, and help with patient education and follow-ups. This role requires a current RDA license, CPR, and a willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric dental experience.
• Coronal Polishing certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare treatment rooms.
• Assist Pediatric Dentist during procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and set up trays.
• Take X-rays and chart treatments.
• Coordinate patient follow-ups and records.
• Support office and team operations.
