Job summary

NEVHC is seeking a Pediatric Initiative Clinical Champion (MD/NP/PA) for a 20% FTE, based at MACLAY Corporate Office, San Fernando, CA. The role collaborates with the Quality, Health Equity, and Innovation department to lead and innovate pediatric initiatives, aligning with best practices.

The candidate supports pediatric health equity, follows pediatric guidelines, and reports to the Medical Director of Pediatrics.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or NP/PA pathway with applicable licensing.
• Board eligibility or board certification.
• California medical/NP/PA license or Furnishing Number.
• Knowledge of NEVHC pediatric initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pediatric initiatives aligning NEVHC with best practices.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to drive projects.
• Present case discussions at monthly provider meetings.
• Monitor and report project progress.
• Maintain knowledge of NEVHC policies and procedures.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for the project team.
